Professional fees
Our fees are always upfront and transparent, so there are never any nasty surprises. We usually recommend a set fee for all visa work because a set fee covers almost any eventuality at no extra cost. So if INZ want more and more and more information, we will keep responding to this until the final decision and clients will not have to pay extra for it. For appeals, PPI responses and fixing self made applications for example, it is difficult to predict how long it may take, so this work is done at our hourly rate. With hourly rate work the total to pay depends on the time it takes to resolve the issue.
By using technology and efficient work practices as much as posible we aim to provide a quality profesisonal service at a lower cost than we would be able to otherwise. Being able to work online more, means we can reduce our costs whcih maximises benefit to our clients in every way.
When thinking about the relationship cost and benefit, we encourage clients to consider that a properly made application done once and done right saves money in many areas. For example you could start working sooner, you wouldn't need to buy an air-ticket to leave NZ when your visa is declined, you wouldn't need to pay multiple INZ application fees, and so on.
The main benefit of a professional service is peace of mind and less risk, but when you really care about the result such as with partnership applications, residence or working, then a professional service really should not be compromised.
Fee schedule
The tables below are intended as a guide, but will in most cases be the actual fee. Our costs will vary depending on the complexity of the case. please contact us for a quote for your individual immigration matter. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all fees are to be paid in advance on a retainer fee basis or as otherwise set out in the written agreement.

Refunds
We have a clear refund policy and refunds will be given when fair and reasonable. All payments from clients will be kept in a separate and secure client account until the work has been completed as specified in the written agreement. Having a separate client account means that we are always able to meet our refund obligations in any case. All refund requests will be carefully considered and decided on their own merits.
