Sign and fill documents without printing them out

We recommend that clients prepare documents digitally for higher quality and easier to read supporting documentation. PDF format is clear, even when zooming in, and can be filled and signed electronically. Declarations, some application forms, supporting forms, agreements and other forms can all be handled by using PDF software. Best of all, you don't need to print anything out at all.

The first place to go if you don't already have it is to Adobe to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software. (If you don't want the MacAfee add ons, be sure to uncheck this box). Make sure to set this as your default PDF software or at least open the PDF you want to edit using this software.

Once you have this program installed you can use it to fill out and to sign PDF documemts. The Youtube video below walks you through the procss if you are finding it a bit tricky.
